LIMITED WARRANTY

R.S.G .Inc. warrants that its products sold & manufactured under the R.S.G. trade name in the United States of America, are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service.

This warranty does not cover defects or damage as a result of improper maintenance, improper storage, shipping and handling, ordinary wear & tear, misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized service or use with unauthorized Non-R.S.G. products or parts.

The only liability of the company in tort or contract whether under this warranty or otherwise shall be limited to repair or replacement of any product or component part which shall prove defective as covered by this warranty.

All products are under this warranty for eighteen months (18 months)

Warranty commences from date of shipment. Written notice of a product or component part believed to be defective as covered by this warranty should be sent to:

Notice should also include your name and address, an identification of the product and a brief description of the defect. Upon receipt of such notice, the company will inform you where to ship the product or component part, shipping charges prepaid, for examination and, in the event such examination reveals a defect covered by this warranty;, the product will be repaired or replaced.

Repair or replacement of defective products specified above shall be the sole remedy under this warranty and:
